National Incident Management Training (NIMS) On-line

NIMS is a national directive to enhance emergency response coordination across the nation. In Minnesota, the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) is the State Administrative Agency (SAA) responsible for implementing two of the directives through administration of the Homeland Security Grant Programs.
