Utility Outages
All outages should be reported immediately. Delay could cause a minor incident to escalate to a life threatening situation or damage to utility systems. outages of concern are:
- Electrical Service
- Steam Pressure
- Water or water leaks
- Natural Gas
- Telephone
- Elevator stoppage
- Refrigeration failures
- Heating or Cooling Systems
- Pipe breaks
To report an outage, call 9-1-1. Provide your name, a detailed description of the problem, the building affected, the address, and entry location and a phone number. |
