Utility Outages

All outages should be reported immediately. Delay could cause a minor incident to escalate to a life threatening situation or damage to utility systems. outages of concern are:

  • Electrical Service
  • Steam Pressure
  • Water or water leaks
  • Natural Gas
  • Telephone
  • Elevator stoppage
  • Refrigeration failures
  • Heating or Cooling Systems
  • Pipe breaks

To report an outage, call 9-1-1. Provide your name, a detailed description of the problem, the building affected, the address, and entry location and a phone number.
